Premier Veterinary Care and Resort welcomes your beloved dog or puppy to our ultimate doggie daycare. We offer a spacious indoor and outdoor space for your furry friend, full of fun activities and friendly hugs from our welcoming staff. Our doggie daycare is the perfect place for your pet to play and run with friends or take a quiet rest in a comfy bed if they prefer.
The Premier Veterinary Care and Resort doggie daycare facility has 2,000 sq. ft. of space for your furry friend to explore. Our outdoor space features K9Grass®, which is specially designed for dogs and includes anti-bacterial self-draining capabilities and a safe surface for running or rolling around. Daycare dogs get supervised playtime at least twice a day plus a scheduled nap in the middle of the day.
We treat all our daycare friends just like family by providing personalized attention to help them feel at home. We carefully vet all dogs beforehand by evaluating their behavior and testing their temperament. Premier Veterinary Care and Resort does not discriminate against any dog breed but we do have a zero-tolerance policy on aggression. If we feel your pet may cause undue harm to themselves, other pets, or a staff member, we cannot accept them into our daycare program.
For the safety of all, we require all daycare pets to be current on vaccinations (Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus). You can rest assured that our doctors are close by in case of any medical emergencies.

We require all our pet resort cats and dogs to be current with required vaccinations. If your pet needs a specific vaccination, please let us know and we will schedule a wellness exam.

What To Expect
Ultrasound is pain-free and non-invasive, and your pet should not experience any discomfort during the procedure. Most pets remain relaxed throughout the process so there's usually no need to use a sedative. No radiation is involved. We carefully shave your pets hair/fur before the exam to ensure the ultrasound wand makes proper contact with the skin and the ultrasound waves are not obstructed.
Ultrasound technology is an innovative tool that enables us to quickly rule out specific medical issues, which can help your pet avoid unnecessary surgery or even save their life in an emergency.
Dog Boarding Care
The Premier Veterinary Care Pet Resort is just like a second home for your best friend. Our climate-controlled facility features glass-fronted kennels with warm wood tones and no bars. We have enough space for 40 dogs, and kennel sizes include 8 x 10ft. suites or 3 x 3ft. dens. All boarding dogs sleep in a comfy Serta® bed and we welcome personal toys, blankets, and food.
We encourage daily play in our large outdoor area, which features a specially designed K9Grass® surface that dogs love to run around on. Any medical emergencies are immediately taken care of by our veterinarians, and we also offer grooming and doggie daycare options upon request.
Cat Boarding Care
Premier Veterinary Care and Resort offers a separate boarding area for our feline friends. We understand that cats need extra care and attention, and we offer comfortable boarding options in our climate-controlled facility. Our spacious cat condo has upstairs and downstairs levels with distinct feeding and bathroom areas, plus a large picture window where your cat can enjoy the view. Other perks include a cat hammock, a cat tree, and a scratching post.
Our cat boarding space is always extremely clean, and your cat can roam around freely if they like. Our veterinarians are right next door in case of a medical emergency, and our friendly staff is always happy to provide your beloved cat with some TLC.

Premier Veterinary Care and Resort offers on-site ultrasound exams for the Mandeville, LA pet community.
